1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to SubiChat! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and legal obligations that govern your usage of our platform. By accessing or using SubiChat, you enter into a legally binding agreement to adhere to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of our platform.
Age Restriction: SubiChat is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to enter and use this platform. By using this site, you legally warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. Intermediary Status & Limitation of Liability
SubiChat operates strictly as an "Intermediary" as defined under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India).
- User-Generated Content (UGC): We provide a blind communication platform for users to interact. All messages, images, GIFs, and links shared on the platform are strictly User-Generated Content.
- No Liability: SubiChat, its owners, and administrators do not monitor, endorse, or claim ownership of user communications in real-time. We are not legally, financially, or criminally liable for any content transmitted by users. You are solely responsible for the content you share and its consequences.
3. Content Restrictions & Zero Tolerance Policy
While SubiChat allows mature conversations, we strictly prohibit illegal content. The sharing of the following material will result in an immediate, permanent ban and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Zero tolerance for any media involving minors.
- Non-Consensual Content (Revenge Porn): Sharing private or explicit images/videos of any individual without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
- Illegal Activity: Content that promotes terrorism, violence, extortion, or the sale of illegal goods/services.
- Hate Speech & Harassment: Targeted abuse, discrimination, or severe harassment against any individual or group.
4. Privacy, Security, & Law Enforcement Cooperation
To maintain platform integrity and comply with Indian cyber laws (including CERT-In guidelines), SubiChat actively monitors for abusive behavior.
- Data Logging: We utilize secure device fingerprinting and IP validation logic to detect duplicate accounts, mitigate misuse, and track offenders.
- Law Enforcement: SubiChat fully cooperates with valid legal requests and court orders. We reserve the right to share IP addresses, device fingerprints, and access logs with cybercrime authorities or law enforcement agencies to investigate illegal activities or severe terms violations.
5. General Chat Etiquette
To maintain a functional community, all users must adhere to the following behavioral guidelines:
- Do Not Spam: Refrain from flooding the chat, excessive self-promotion, or sharing malicious links (malware/viruses).
- Protect Your Privacy: Do not share personal identifiable information (PII) such as your home address, banking details, or phone numbers in public chats.
- No Solicitation: Do not beg or solicit users for money, gifts, or personal favors.
- Respect Moderator Authority: Decisions made by site moderators regarding bans or chat removals are final.
6. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, SubiChat has appointed a Grievance Officer to address user complaints, particularly concerning non-consensual explicit content.
If you find any content that violates your privacy or these terms, you may report it using the in-chat "Report" function or by contacting our Grievance Officer:

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to your use of SubiChat shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
8. Amendments
SubiChat reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
